Refund policy

At WLF Society, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
By placing an order with WLF Society, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ALL SALES FINAL
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- incorrect size selection
- buyer’s remorse
- change of mind
- accidental purchases
- shipping delays outside of our control
- minor print, color, or placement variations
- incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing information and order details before completing checkout.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- order number
- detailed description
- clear photos of the issue
Claims submitted without photo evidence may be denied.
If approved, WLF Society reserves the right to:
- replace the item
- issue store credit
- or issue a refund at our discretion.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, WLF Society is not responsible for:
- carrier delays
- lost packages
- stolen packages
- delivery exceptions
- weather-related delays
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Orders returned due to:
- incorrect address
- refusal of delivery
- failure to claim package
may not qualify for reshipment or refund.
FRAUD & ABUSE
WLF Society reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback threats, or policy manipulation.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
