All WLF Society products are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated shipping times within the United States are typically:

TRACKING INFORMATION


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY


WLF Society is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • carriers
  • weather conditions
  • customs delays
  • incorrect shipping information
  • lost or stolen packages
  • delivery exceptions beyond our control


Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION


Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.


Orders returned due to:


  • incorrect address
  • insufficient address
  • unclaimed packages
  • refused delivery


may not qualify for reshipment or refund.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


WLF Society is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International shipping availability, delivery times, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may vary by country.


Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges imposed by their local government.


SHIPPING DELAYS
